Refund Policy

Digital Products

We strive to offer quality products, and your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the digital nature of the products sold on this site, there are generally no refunds. In the case of an accidental duplicate purchase of a resource, a credit may be issued, which will be set to expire within a year from the original purchase date.

Physical Products

If something doesn’t work out, you have 14 days from the time of purchase to return an item. We will refund the cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product. Otherwise, return shipping charges are the buyer’s responsibility, the item must be in new or unused condition, is subject to a $5 reposting fee, and the original shipping fee is not refundable.

Lessons

The first lesson is complimentary, but lessons are not billed/decided on a week-to-week basis. Our studio runs on a tuition basis, which means payments go toward securing a seat for the student in that given school year. Missed lessons (due to weather, emergencies, over-commitment, etc.) are not refundable. Parental expectations may not reflect the student’s abilities or interests, and cannot be guaranteed. All students are automatically granted access to the student membership page on the website.

Membership

Access to our membership areas is billed on a monthly basis and is considered a final purchase. No refunds are issued.
