Each time you use, or access this website, you agree to be bound by these terms, as amended from time to time with or without notice to you by Valerie Martin or anyone in the “Color in the Keys” staff.

Our studio provides this website on an “as is” basis. We do our best to provide accurate and helpful information but are not held responsible or liable for timeliness, removal of information, failure to store information, inaccuracy of information, or improper delivery of information.

We include these links solely for convenience, and the presence of such links does not imply our responsibility for the linked site or an endorsement of that site, its operator or its contents (exceptions may apply).

Studio license

The purchase price includes a studio license (single teacher/user license) on this site.

Reproduction, distribution, republication and/or retransmission of material contained within this website outside the intended scope are prohibited unless prior written permission of Color in the Keys has been obtained.

 The original purchaser may:

·        Save the file to a personal computer

·        Print pages in limited quantities for personal or studio use

·        Send a direct link to my store so others can purchase it directly

·        Reference this product, provided I am given credit and a link to my store is included in the post/presentation.

The original purchaser may NOT:

·        Duplicate/distribute or give away materials for a large audience/school

·        Claim/sell the digital or hard copy of this file, neither in whole nor in part

·        Create derivative works on the purchased material
