We thank God for our blessings, rejoice in the blessings of others, and live a life of gratitude.

The highest form of prayer is the mass. In fact, the word "Eucharist" means thanksgiving.
Work towards assisting in the mass, and reach out to someone when the Holy Spirit moves you.
